Dales2Coast are a small web design consultancy who specialise on local web projects.

If that is what you look for in someone else's website then it follows that other uses are looking for the same, so your site should aim to meet the same criteria

Which layout style to choose?

Of all the different websites you may have visited the majority of the successful sites use either Horizontal or Vertical navigation. These make for sites which are easy to use which in turn helps to retain your audience. With all the choice out there why put up with difficault to navigate poorly a written and constructed website?

If you want something more complex then no problem it's just that the horizontal & vertical models have been shown to work time and time again.

Other considerations: -

• Readability for visually impaired
• Compatibility with older and none Microsoft Browsers, not everyone chooses to use Internet Explorer 7
• Compliance with web standards, makes sure that the site investment is sound and can continue to be developed in the future

How we work: -

We appricate that as a small business you are working flat out during the day to build your business. To help you we work unconventional hours so we work mostly evenings and weekends. This means that we will provide you with updated and progress reports via email.
